Lifetime - one time transferable warranty on all walls, concrete footing surrounding bottom of walls poured with a minimum of six to eight inches in depth. All walls will have foam applied before installation of liner. All liners will be 100% pure virgin vinyl custom fit with over 50 available designs.
Concrete decks for basic pool packages will be eight feet on deep end, four feet behind steps and four feet on each side, one skimmer, two return jets and one return jet plumbed into side of steps to help keep steps cleaned out, a minimum of two bottom main drain, High-grade aluminum non-skid coping surrounding perimeter of pool, one set of stainless steel handrail with escutcheon plates and one stainless steel exit ladder with escutcheon plates.
- Equipment includes the following:
- A minimum of a 1.5 Hp Hayward super pump
- One S-244T Hayward high rate 300 lb sand filter
- One 220-volt automatic timer
- Electrical and all permits for installation of a basic pool.
All pools shall be plumbed with a minimum of one and a half inch schedule forty P.V.C plumbing pipe, and Jandy gate valves.
- 16x32 pools come with 6-foot walk-in steps
- 18x36 pools come with 8-foot walk-in steps
- 20x40 pools come with two skimmers and 8-foot walk-in steps
Custom pools include gunite/concrete, and vinyl liner.
Spas include various shapes, sizes, and styles.
